The must ferments slowly in stainless steel tanks at 15ºC for 20-25 days to maintain the freshness and lightness of this variety.
TASTING NOTES
Lemon yellow, clean and bright. Its fruity character stands out both in the nose and in the mouth, finding fresh ripe fruit notes like melon and peach with tropical aromas such as pineapple and lime. Then more citrus notes like lemon or grapefruit and floral aromas like jasmine. In its final phase it has a slight point of stone fruit. The sweetness of the tropical fruit and citrus flavors complements perfectly with the freshness of its good acidity. Pleasant and voluminous entry in the mouth, this balanced white is fresh and gastronomic, thanks to its persistent creaminess and finish.
FOOD PAIRING
Ideal to enjoy a good fondue of cheeses, as well as seafood, fish and certain desserts; You can also take it with seafood pastas and rice dishes, like the typical Valencian paella. Suggestion: Galician seafood salpicón.
