TASTING NOTES
Visual: This Cava Brut has a clean, bright straw yellow color, with slight green nuances. Its bubble is abundant, small in size and has a vertical and regular release, forming a crown.
Nose: Good aromatic intensity, very fresh while preserving fruity notes.
Mouth: Good structure in the mouth, broad, lively and with very good acidity. Retronasal sensations are clean, fresh and persistent.
