WINEMAKING
The grapes are carefully harvested to preserve their freshness and aromatic character. After gentle pressing, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. This process helps retain the varietal’s intense aromatic profile. The wine then remains briefly on its fine lees to add complexity and balance before bottling.

TASTING NOTES
Pale yellow in colour with greenish reflections. On the nose it is highly expressive, showing intense aromas of tropical fruits such as passion fruit and mango, together with citrus notes of lime and grapefruit. Subtle herbal hints typical of sauvignon blanc are also present. On the palate it is fresh, vibrant and well balanced, with lively acidity and a long, refreshing finish.

FOOD PAIRING
Ideal to accompany fish, seafood, fresh salads, sushi and light Asian dishes. It also pairs very well with goat cheese and grilled vegetables.
