WINEMAKING
Made from Tempranillo grapes from middle-aged vines. Its fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with subsequent aging in French and American oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES
Garnet red color of good intensity. On the nose it is complex and expressive where the character of the 2021 vintage translates into an interesting balance between the fresh notes of red fruit typical of the variety with more ripe nuances of black fruit, coffee and spices, such as vanilla or clove. In the mouth it is balanced, with a medium structure and very sweet tannins. Easy to drink, but retaining personality and a persistent and very pleasant aftertaste.
