WINEMAKING
It has been made from free run juice, with a light maceration of the Pinot Noir variety grapes, from our vineyard on the Espiells property.

TASTING NOTES
Cava endowed with a beautiful cherry pink color. The numerous cords that form its multiple and tiny bubbles generate a truly spectacular effervescence. The white color of its crown, abundant and persistent, contrasts with its pink background, making its magnificent foamability even more evident. Its aroma is delicate and intense. In it we can enjoy clear notes of cherries and strawberries, all surrounded by nuances of honey, toasted bread and floral hints. A very curious aroma in which freshness prevails over vinosity. His palate is exuberant. The effervescence that is perceived when tasting it is intense and creamy. It caresses the inside of our mouths without showing the slightest aggressiveness… and releases into it all the aromatic richness it contains.
