WINEMAKING
Only “La Cuvée” musts are used for blending, that is, only 80% of the grape juice extraction. Varieties: a majority of Chardonnay, more than 50% Pinot Noir, between 30 and 35% adjusted with Meunier, between 10 and 15% + Reserve wines between 15% and 30%, to guarantee perfect regularity of the style. Crus: More than 100 Crus* selected by Laurent-Perrier are assembled in the composition of La Cuvée. «La Cuvée» enjoys an ideal aging of around 4 years in the cellar. The balance and freshness achieved allow for a low dosage.

TASTING NOTES
Pale gold cape. Very fine bubble that feeds a cord of very persistent foam. Delicate on the nose with aromas of fresh citrus and white flowers. The complexity of the wine is expressed in successive notes of vine peach and white fruits. Perfect balance between freshness and finesse with fruity flavors very present at the end of the tasting.

FOOD PAIRING
This fresh and pure wine is ideal for an aperitif. The notes of citrus and white fruits and the notable balance sustained by the light effervescence make La Cuvée an ideal champagne to accompany the finest poultry and fish.
